About the Role
1. Work directly with the founding team on live, high-stakes enterprise client projects.
2. Architect and maintain third-party API integrations using Python.
3. Build data normalization pipelines, validation rules, and automated test suites.
4. Maintain and scale database schemas and background workers.
5. Develop clean, maintainable backend code and technical documentation for enterprise stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain third-party API integrations using OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven data synchronization.
- Develop data normalization pipelines and validation rules.
- Create automated test suites for complex, high-throughput datasets.
- Maintain and scale database schemas and background workers.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
- Prepare clear technical documentation for enterprise stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
- Strong practical Python programming fundamentals.
- Complex, well-structured projects available on GitHub to demonstrate development skills.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON processing.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and relational database queries using SQL.
- Comfortable with Git workflows and Linux/command-line environments.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code to accelerate development, refactor code, and deliver robust solutions.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high engineering standards.
Required Technical Skills & Tools
- Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, Relational Databases, PostgreSQL, Git, Linux, Command Line, Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FastAPI, Celery, Redis, Docker, or cloud services such as AWS/GCP.
- Exposure to data pipelines, message queues, and distributed systems.
