About the Role
1. Join Zycus as an AI Engineer Intern in the Product Support team.
2. Work on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks.
3. Develop AI-powered enterprise applications and integrate AI services into business workflows.
4. Support enterprise customers by troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with engineering teams.
5. Contribute to product improvements through AI feature development, testing, customer feedback analysis, and automation.
6. Gain hands-on experience across AI engineering, enterprise SaaS product support, and customer-facing technical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Work with LLMs, NLP, and modern AI frameworks to build scalable enterprise applications.
- Perform data preprocessing, analysis, feature engineering, model training, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Integrate AI models and services with enterprise applications through APIs.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Perform root cause analysis, manage incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and calls.
- Support product configuration, feature validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release testing, and production monitoring.
- Monitor AI feature performance, application health, customer feedback, and product usage trends.
- Recommend product enhancements to improve user experience and product quality.
- Automate support processes and create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, SOPs, and project reports.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management teams.
Eligibility & Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- 2027 graduates only.
- 0–1 year of internship or project experience in AI/ML, software development, or technical support.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, enterprise software, and customer-facing technologies.
