Develop and maintain mobile application features using Flutter and Dart. 2. Collaborate with designers to build user-friendly interfaces and asynchronous user experiences. 3. Debug and resolve animation-related issues and mobile application performance problems. 4. Work closely with the core mobile engineering team to develop and release production-ready features. 5. Use AI coding agents to accelerate software development. 6. Guide coding agents effectively by providing clear instructions and reviewing their generated code. 7. Identify incorrect AI-generated code and ensure the implementation meets quality standards. 8. Contribute to building, testing and shipping real features into the Magica mobile application. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Practical experience with Flutter and Dart through projects, internships or personal applications. 2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 3. Understanding of mobile application architecture. 4. Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization. 5. Understanding of user interface frameworks and mobile UI development. 6. Ability to work with AI coding agents and review their generated code effectively. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience working with REST APIs. 2. Familiarity with Firebase. 3. Experience with mobile animations and animation frameworks. 4. Experience building and maintaining Flutter mobile applications.
