Trainee Engineer

The company is hiring Graduate Trainees (GT/GET) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for its Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. This full-time opportunity provides structured technical training and hands-on experience in Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies. Trainees will assist project and operations teams with the installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning. Assist with deploying and supporting AV solutions, network infrastructure, ELV systems, cybersecurity solutions, and data center infrastructure. Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams, and project records. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service partners. Participate in preventive maintenance, audits, infrastructure health checks, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities. Follow information security, safety, quality, and compliance standards. Educational Qualifications: Diploma Engineering, B.Sc., BCA, BCS, MCA, or M.Sc. Preferred disciplines include Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering. Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience can apply. Internship experience, academic projects, or practical exposure to IT infrastructure, networking, security systems, AV technologies, cloud computing, or data centers will be an advantage.
